$5,000 donation helps fund math textbooks and transportation

In 2018, 94 percent of NBFA’s graduating class was accepted into a competitive admissions high school. The path to a student’s chosen school is often quite unique.

April is National Volunteer Month, a month dedicated to honoring those who volunteer in their communities. At New Beginnings Family Academy (NBFA) our many volunteers bring so much to the school. We thought it would be nice to highlight some of them for you. This is the second in the series.

In honor of Teacher Appreciation Week, we would like to introduce you to another wonderful NBFA teacher. Today we are sharing the story of sixth-grade teacher Ms. Crowley and how her government lesson turned into a classroom uniting.
