This month, NBFA is happy to share a recipe for the Coconut Roasted Sweet Potatoes! 

Whole Foods Market Coconut Roasted Sweet Potatoes

This side dish is simple to make and packs a ton of flavor. Start by heating coconut oil in a pan, then toss with the potatoes and seasoning.

Don’t Have Coconut Oil? Toss potatoes in olive oil. 

Don't have Sea Salt? Substitute sea salt for table salt.
