If your child is in Pre-K for the 23-24 school year, please list the names of any siblings/student relatives who will be picked up from NBFA on a daily basis with your Pre-K student.

All students are dismissed from school beginning at 2:05 P.M. on a regular school day or at 12:00 P.M. on an early dismissal day. Students are designated as bus riders, walkers, after school or car line students. Please select the primary way your child will get home in the 2023-2024 school year. Please note students MUST be 10 years of age to walk home. You will need to provide a written note stating you allow the school to release your child as a walker.

If you need to change your child’s dismissal plan for a day or two, you MUST notify your child’s teacher AND the front office via phone or email [email protected]  before 1:00 p.m. However, please realize teachers are not always able to check their email during the instructional day, so we highly recommend you send a note in with your child.  If you need to change your child's dismissal plan for the year, please do so by updating this form and alerting the office the change.
