New Beginnings Family Academy is a public charter school of choice in Bridgeport, Connecticut. Opened in September 2002 to 156 students in kindergarten through third grade, NBFA now enrolls 360 students through 8th grade.


At New Beginnings Family Academy, intelligence plus character is our ultimate goal. We prepare our students for outstanding academic success in high school, college and beyond by building intelligence plus character.
