This month, NBFA is happy to share a recipe for the Hot Apple Cider!

Whole Foods Market Hot Apple Cider

With the fall season in full swing, it’s time to grab a delicious apple beverage that will be sure to warm you up.

Start by adding your ingredients together in a pot and simmering on low heat for 15 minutes. Then simply ladle the hot apple cider into mugs and serve. For the full recipe, click here.

Tips From Chef Todd

Each month, NBFA Chef and Food Service Supervisor Todd Daigle will provide healthy tips on the recipe to give more options for taste or dietary restrictions.

Don’t Have Cider on Hand?  Try apple juice, it works well.

Celebrate National Organic Month! Cut an organic apple into small pieces and add them to the bottom of the mug. Pour in the cider and watch them rise to the top!
