NBFA's Enrollment Policy

In accordance with NBFA’s enrollment policy, only students who reside in Bridgeport are eligible for enrollment. This residency requirement applies to all applicants, including siblings of current students. 

Toileting
Independent toileting and self-help skills support children’s independence, dignity, and readiness for group learning environments. NBFA expects that students enrolled in the preschool program are toilet trained, while recognizing that occasional accidents are developmentally appropriate for young children.

Política de admisión de NBFA
De acuerdo con la política de admisión de NBFA, solo los estudiantes que residen en Bridgeport son elegibles para la matrícula. Este requisito de residencia se aplica a todos los solicitantes, incluidos los hermanos de los estudiantes matriculados actualmente.
 
Uso del baño
El uso independiente del baño y las habilidades de autocuidado fomentan la independencia, la dignidad y la preparación de los niños para los entornos de aprendizaje en grupo. NBFA espera que los estudiantes matriculados en el programa preescolar sepan usar el baño de forma independiente, si bien reconoce que los accidentes ocasionales son normales en el desarrollo de los niños pequeños.
